• How to take care of your new born?

  • Feeding: Breastfeed your baby every 2 to 4 hours on demand, for 15-20 minutes on each breast. Burp in the middle of each feed as needed. Give
  • Diaper care: Change diaper frequently. Use Sudocrem, Eryplast, Desitin or Mitosyl cream for diaper rash.
  • Cord care: use 70% Alcohol after each change until cord falls and dries completely
  • Sleep position: always on the back. If baby is put on the side make sure he or she has a towel in front of him to prevent him from sleeping on his belly
  • Circumcision care (for male babies): clean with soap and water as needed, use Vaseline or Fucidin ointment as prescribed by OB doctor
  • Colic care: use OVOL drops, 0.25 to 0.5ml 2 to 5 times per day, max dose 1.5ml per 24hours
  • Vitamin D: PEDIAVIT-D, 1 ml daily if breastfeeding mostly.
  • Call Pediatrician if:
    • Follow up with your Pediatrician on the set date
