Emergency Medicine
The Emergency Department at Clemenceau Medical Center is a state-of-the-art 8 beds department
which provides compassionate and dignified medical care to all people seeking emergency medical attention.
The department is fully equipped and staffed with board-certified physicians and registered nurses,
specifically trained to handle all kind of emergency cases 24/7 from minor injuries to the most complex
medical emergencies. Our staff is trained to diagnose and treat patients in fast and efficient manner.
The specialized areas within the department are: a triage bed, two monitored resuscitation beds and five
general treatment beds. In addition, the department has a fully equipped operating room within its facility
which makes our ER function like a hospital in itself.
Patient transport is often a critical factor in receiving urgent care.
For this reason, CMC offers a support ambulance staffed with qualified Paramedics
and Emergency Medical Technicians who ensure that expedient care begins even before
the patient arrives at the hospital. CMC provides as well air ambulance services
for international patients, in collaboration with “Arab Wings”.
